You can also go into the settings to allow retries after battles in case the MC dies, so you don't have to worry about accidentally losing progress if you are being risky.ĭon't worry about getting overleveled. For what it's worth, I got the achievement on Normal Mode. The higher the difficulty, the longer battles last, the more turns pass, the more situations you'll find yourself in, more statuses will be thrown at you, and basically Rise will talk a lot more. If you are playing on a super easy difficulty, you are going to be blitzing through battles, and Rise won't have a chance to say a whole lot. But considering you need 250 total lines and you can sometimes spend hours in between dungeon segments, don't trust yourself to remember everything you've seen by memory alone. You don't necessarily need to write down each line verbatim from Rise, though you can if you want. Keep notes about which lines you've seen. These are much, much harder to get if Rise's social link is high. The reason for this is to get the Preemptive Strikes, Normal Battles, and Ambush lines. However, do not raise Rise's social link past Rank 1 before Void Quest. This is the first dungeon Rise will be supporting you in battle. You can't do much about this trophy until the Void Quest dungeon, which is the 4th dungeon in the game. Here are some general tips to keep in mind as you are playing Persona 4 Golden if you are trying to obtain this tricky achievement. Persona 4 Golden - Hardcore Risette Fan General Tips and Tricks Feel free to reference that guide as well for further understanding - I started from there - but I wanted to offer some additional tips that helped me obtain this achievement without a mountain of trouble.įor more help with Persona 4 Golden, why not check out our complete Persona 4 Social Link dialogue options walkthrough for every s-link, our primer on raising your social stats, a complete list of the school test questions and answers and, of course, our guide to getting the P4G true ending. However, that guide itself seems incomplete and is somewhat contradictory in places, as the author seemed to make realizations about the nature of the trophy partway through his writeup. There is a Hardcore Risette Fan guide on GameFAQs, which I used in getting started for obtaining this achievement. You can't just listen to the same one over and over, else this guide wouldn't be necessary. You need to hear 250 unique lines to get the achievement. For the purpose of the achievement, a 'navigation line' is a line stated during a battle by Rise, and the line is accompanied by subtitle text. Instead, she supports the party from afar, offering advice and comments throughout each battle. Rise, one of the main characters in Persona 4, participates in battle but is not actually a combatant. The official description of this achievement is " Hear 250 of Rise's Navigation Lines". However, this means there is one somewhat notorious achievement called " Hardcore Risette Fan". Be sure to resave after loading. The Steam achievements are the same as the Vita version's trophies. There's a checksum so it deletes the save once you do edit, but you can work around it that way. Put the game in the load menu first, then edit the save you want and immediately load the save. Tho there are uses, you can get the actual correct amt of exp to use with the cheat table. Saves are in \Steamuserdata 1113000Įmote EDIT: Ok it doesn't work for actually writing the file, even though it seems to read it just fine. What are the known ids for personas so far (for the persona editor) It's 100% complete at this point The vita P4G Save editor here still works for this ver of the game too. Max EXP (or EXP multiplier?) please :) Use the character editor to get mc exp, otherwise use the persona editor on the side characters to level them up.

Give you a place to safely (and quickly) brainstorm and try new things.Provide critical details about your plot and characters. However, when you look past this basic format you’ll realize a true novel outline should fulfill a few other important roles as well. Every outline will have sections dedicated to listing your scenes and characters (along with any associated details about them), as well as sections for worldbuilding and story structure. _ What is an Outline?Īt its most basic, an outline is just a list of information about your novel. If you like what you see, you can find much more detail-including prompts, step-by-step guides, and examples to walk you through each of the ten steps-in the book itself. This article is part of a series of posts drawn from my new book, The Ten Day Outline. Most importantly, the right outline should give you the space to explore new ideas, without wasting thousands of words you’ll have to rewrite just a few weeks later. With the right outlining system you ensure you have everything you need to comfortably write your first draft, instead of disrupting your progress when you find you missed something. However, a truly well-built outline can do so much more. Creating an outline should be an essential part of every writer’s prewriting routine, for those two benefits alone. Not only will it help you organize your thoughts before you jump into writing, but it will equip you with the perfect map for navigating your first draft. Outlining An outline is a huge asset when writing a novel. All clocks within each zone would be set to the same time as the others, but differed by one hour from those in the neighboring zones. The proposal divided the world into twenty-four time zones labeled A-Y (skipping J), each one covering 15 degrees of longitude. Scottish-born Canadian Sir Sandford Fleming proposed a worldwide system of time zones in 1876 - see Sandford Fleming § Inventor of worldwide standard time. However, his book attracted no attention until long after his death. He also proposed a universal time to be used in astronomy and telegraphy. He proposed 24 hourly time zones, which he called "longitudinal days", the first centred on the meridian of Rome. Italian mathematician Quirico Filopanti introduced the idea of a worldwide system of time zones in his book Miranda!, published in 1858. For the global time standard, see Universal Time. Congress in the Standard Time Act of March 19, 1918. The confusion of times came to an end when standard time zones were formally adopted by the U.S. A notable exception was Detroit (located about halfway between the meridians of Eastern and Central time), which kept local time until 1900, then tried Central Standard Time, local mean time, and Eastern Standard Time (EST) before a May 1915 ordinance settled on EST and was ratified by popular vote in August 1916. Within a year 85% of all cities with populations over 10,000 (about 200 cities) were using standard time. The North American zones were named Intercolonial, Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific. It was inaugurated on Sunday, November 18, 1883, also called "The Day of Two Noons", when each railroad station clock was reset as standard-time noon was reached within each time zone. For example, the border between its Eastern and Central time zones ran through Detroit, Buffalo, Pittsburgh, Atlanta, and Charleston. The borders of its time zones ran through railroad stations, often in major cities. Allen, the editor of the Traveler's Official Railway Guide. and Canadian railroads implemented a version proposed by William F. Dowd's system was never accepted by North American railroads. In 1870 he proposed four ideal time zones having north–south borders, the first centered on Washington, D.C., but by 1872 the first was centered on meridian 75° west of Greenwich, with natural borders such as sections of the Appalachian Mountains. Dowd proposed a system of hourly standard time zones for North American railroads around 1863, although he published nothing on the matter at that time and did not consult railroad officials until 1869. 1913 time zone map of the United States, showing boundaries very different from todayĬharles F. Some junctions served by several railroads had a clock for each railroad, each showing a different time. Each railroad used its own standard time, usually based on the local time of its headquarters or most important terminus, and the railroad's train schedules were published using its own time. Timekeeping on North American railroads in the 19th century was complex. This standard was known as New Zealand Mean Time. It was based on longitude 172☃0′ east of Greenwich, that is 11 hours 30 minutes ahead of GMT. On November 2, 1868, the then British Colony of New Zealand officially adopted a standard time to be observed throughout the colony. Some British clocks from this period have two minute hands, one for the local time and one for GMT. By 1855, 98% of Great Britain's public clocks were using GMT, but it was not made the island's legal time until August 2, 1880. This practice was soon followed by other railway companies in Great Britain and became known as Railway Time.Īround August 23, 1852, time signals were first transmitted by telegraph from the Royal Observatory. In November 1840, the Great Western Railway started using GMT kept by portable chronometers. In the 19th century, as transportation and telecommunications improved, it became increasingly inconvenient for each location to observe its own solar time. Main article: Railway time Plaque commemorating the Railway General Time Convention of 1883 in North America The control panel of the Time Zone Clock in front of Coventry Transport Museum They were made with slices of bread, butter, a good slather of green chutney layered with tomato, onion, cucumber. I remember growing up we used to enjoy green chutney sandwiches. (She still has the ‘sil-batta’ in her kitchen). With time we all change and convenience kicks in and now even my mum uses a food processor. The taste, texture of that chutney was different to the one we get using food processors. I loved using the sil-batta too and sometimes my mum would let me use it. My mother would stand there while the domestic help would grind the chutney and keep tasting it to make sure there was the right amount of lime and chillies in it. It’s labour intensive work and has been replaced by food processors. The batta is held in both hands and rocked over the food on the sil and the food is ground. It is known as “sil-batta” in Hindi with ‘sil’ referring to flat stone and ‘batta’ referring to a cylindrical grinding stone. I remember when I was young, my mother would ask the domestic help to make this chutney using the traditional method of ‘sil-batta’. Every family/region/community have their own combination of ingredients they use to make this chutney. Most of the Indian appetisers are served with this chutney. It is such a versatile thing to have in your fridge/freezer that even I always have a stock of it, for those moments when you need an Indian snack fix. I remember my mum always had this chutney in the fridge at all times. ‘Dhaniya’ is coriander and ‘pudhina’ is mint. In Hindi, we call this Dhaniya Pudhina Chutney. This green chutney is cool, spicy and tangy at the same time. Mint chutney goes well with all kinds of Indian food like samosas, pakoras, paneer tikka, poppadums’ or just as a side. If you are relatively new to Indian cuisine, mint chutney is the green, tangy, spicy dip that accompanies the samosas, bhajias, pakoras, cutlets or the poppadums’ in Indian restaurants. If you have been to an Indian restaurant or anyone’s home for lunch/dinner, you will always find green mint or coriander chutney as an accompaniment to starters. Enjoy!Ĭlick here to find all the recipes from this episode.Indian food is incomplete without chutneys.
